Mansour, also known at this stage as Wali Muhammad, traveled from Jinnah International to Dubai nine times in that period and once to Bahrain.
According to the Pakistani passport in Wali Muhammad’s name – Mansour traveled between the two cities on commercial flights and according to passport stamps spent weeks in Dubai on some occasions.
According to the news site, Mansour’s last trip to Dubai appears to have been in January 2012.
