An investigation has been launched to determine the motive and identity of the man, said General Mohmand Katawazi, the commander of 209 Shaheen Army Corps.

Security forces detained the man at Maulana Jalaluddin Balkhi airport in the provincial capital Mazar-e-Sharif.
