Gulbuddin Hekmatyar, the leader of Hizb-e-Islami, condemned the killing of Taliban’s top commander Mullah Akhtar Mansour just days after a U.S drone strike killed the elusive leader in Pakistani territory.

Analysts said the Afghan government should make clear its conditions of agreement with Hekmatyar and that any kind of secret action in this regard will be deemed as national treason.
