Former Jihadi leader Abdul Rasul Sayyaf on Wednesday addressed guests at the official ceremony in Kabul to mark Martyrs Week and the 14th Anniversary of Ahmad Shah Massoud’s death and urged the NUG to mobilize the nation.
He called for Jihad against the Taliban.
Sayyaf called the Taliban un-Islamic.
Meanwhile Afghanistan’s CEO Abdullah Abdullah said at the same gathering the Taliban had hoped to see the government collapse by the end of last year, paving the way for them to take full control of the country.
However, this did not happen.
