United States has said that Taliban’s new leader Mullah Hibatullah Akhundzada is a conservative person and that peace talks with him will not end the war in Afghanistan.

Analysts said they believe that giving more authorities to Sirajuddin Haqqani by Taliban’s new leader and improve in Taliban’s relations with al-Qaida are among other barriers in front of the peace process in Afghanistan.
