MEHWAR: Pakistan Uses Proxies To Counter Indian Influence in Afghanistan‎

A recent U.S. Congress report says that Pakistan is fearful of a strong relationship between Afghanistan and India.

According to the report, Pakistan is using proxies in Afghanistan to counter Indian influence in the war-hit country.

However the Afghan government has repeatedly emphasized that it will never allow any country to use Afghan soil for proxy wars.
