Nine Injured In Baghlan Blast

At least nine people were injured on Thursday morning when a motorcycle bomb was detonated in front to the police headquarters in Baghlan-i-Markazi district in northern Baghlan province.

Baghlan security chief Abdul Rashid Bashir told TOLOnews that the incident took place at around 10 am local time when an explosives-laden motorcycle was detonated at the gates of the headquarters.

He said nine people were injured in this blast. No details were given on whether the injured were police officers or civilians.

According to him, the wounded have been rushed to a hospital in Baghlan-i-Markazi district.
