A number of legal experts said that legislations made by members of the Wolesi Jirga (Lower House of Parliament) have no legal status.

The critics argued that the legal tenure of the parliament has already ended and that all bills debated by the lawmakers are invalid.

The experts also accused lawmakers of being involved in corruption and interference in government’s activities.
